Export User Data Capabilities

Enhanced User data export capabilities have been added to the Users page. This feature enables operators to filter data in the User grid, export the data, manipulate it and then reimport the file through the LifeCycle Management Templates feature. For example, you can export a list of users for a specific site, assign numbers to the users, reimport the file, and then add Calling Policies. The following includes example filters:

Export only users who have not yet been configured with telephone numbers.

Export users who have been assigned with specific templates or to specific sites.

■

Export users with specific Online Voice Routing Policy or Online PSTN Gateway.

■

Export only users with Enterprise Voice Enabled.
